Terry Langford
Dr. Langford has been a lifelong resident of the Cobb/Paulding region. He attended Kennesaw State University, graduating with a degree in Biology.
Upon his completion of a 3 year Family Medicine Residency at The Medical Center in Columbus Georgia he received his Board Certification in Family Medicine.
In 2003 he founded West Georgia Family Medicine PC in Hiram Georgia. He has enjoyed being an active part of the community and has been excited by the continued growth in the region.
Amy R. Evans, FNP-C
Amy is a native of Atlanta and currently resides in the West Georgia area. She attended Georgia Baptist College of Nursing at Mercer University in Atlanta, Georgia.
After earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing she worked at Atlanta Medical Center and Amedisys Home Health before returning to Mercer University to achieve her Master of Science degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
After graduating and becoming a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners she joined the practice of West Georgia Family Medicine in Hiram, Georgia working with Dr. Terry Langford.
Calee Britt, FNP-C
Calee is a native of Atlanta and currently resides in the West Georgia area. She attended Georgia Baptist College of Nursing at Mercer University in Atlanta, Georgia.
After earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing she worked at Atlanta Medical Center for 8 years before returning to Mercer University to achieve her Master of Science degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
After graduating and becoming a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners she joined the practice of West Georgia Family Medicine in Hiram Georgia working with Dr. Terry Langford.
Calee is a member of Sigma Theta Tau and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She is married to her husband Jeremy and they have a beautiful, energetic son named Hutson. In her spare time she enjoys traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
Our Practice
In 2003 Dr. Terry Langford founded West Georgia Family Medicine PC, located in Hiram, Georgia. He has enjoyed being an active part of the community and has been excited by the continued growth in the region. In 2015 he made the decision to expand his practice by adding 2 Certified Family Nurse Practitoners, both with a focus on Family Medicine and Primary Care.
